A winning spirit and the determination to take on a challenge are the characteristics that have created another new collaboration for the 2010 MotoGP season, with Team San Carlo Honda Gresini linking up with another new sponsor in the shape of Generazione Vincente S.p.A.
Generazione Vincente S.p.A. is one of the leading temporary work agencies in Italy, specialising in human resource management and standing out for its competence and credibility in the distribution of integrated business services in all labour-intensive activities and for people who wish to enter the employment market or those seeking professional improvement.
Two entities - Generazione Vincente S.p.A. and San Carlo Honda Gresini - fuelled by the same values of successful Italian entrepreneurship.

“It is exciting to see two entirely Italian organisations united through sport, which is why we have decided to jump on board with Marco Melandri and Marco Simoncelli in their MotoGP World Championship adventure this year,” commented Michele Amoroso, President of the board of directors for Generazione Vincente S.p.A. “We have always had close links with sport, partly because we can target a young audience but also because it has associations with loyalty, honesty, fair play and healthy competition, as well as the significant value of social responsibility in business. This collaboration reinforces the bond between two organisations that share values such as the search for excellence, leadership and the desire to take on important challenges. In our business we aim to optimise management of the most important resource in business: people.”

“We are proud to have
Generazione Vincente S.p.A. along with us for MotoGP 2010,” added Fausto Gresini. “The company’s very name [‘Winning Generation’] incorporates the values that we share: a winning spirit but also loyalty and healthy competition. Not only that, but I like the idea of sharing an approach to work based on professionalism, dedication and above all passion… I think that they are absolutely the most important factors needed to compete in the world of motorcycle racing and in the employment market in general.”
