MARTIN AND DIGGIA UNANIMOUSLY HAPPY WITH JEREZ TEST
The morale in the Team Del Conca Gresini Moto3 is very high following the three-day test at Jerez De La Frontera, with the Italian squad hard at work with their riders to find the best set-up for the Honda NSF250RW machines number 88 and 21 ahead of the upcoming events.
Fabio Di Giannantonio was the most active of the two riders with 34 laps completed, in which the Italian turned his attention on the set-up of his Honda machine. The rider and his crew were able to find some interesting settings with regards to braking and fast-corner grip – while in the end there was still some time to use the softer compound tyre.
Jorge Martin was on track for only the first session as the work done in the first two days was enough for him to leave the track with a smile on his face.
Next on the calendar for Team Del Conca Gresini Moto3 is the team presentation, which will take place on February 27th – days away from the last pre-season test at Jerez scheduled from March 6th.

“It has been an excellent test. We improved with times and pace in each and every outing. We worked on corner entry, stability under braking and grip on fast corners and I must say we found some good settings for each area. We worked hard and kept our head down. We also tried the softer tyre in the final stages but I was already quite tired, but I can say we were really quick with the medium compound and that’s all it matters for now!”
