With more than 190 laps completed over the two days in Catalunya, Lowes and his crew could keep their heads down and gather a significant amount of data, which will be extremely useful both in Italy and back in Montmel\u00f3 in a month\u2019s time.<\/p>\n<p>The former World Supersport rider still holds the outright record of the Mugello circuit for the Moto2 class (2015) and, starting from Friday at 10:55 local time (GMT+2) he will be willing to show how quick he still is around the exciting Tuscan venue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SAM LOWES #22<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe two days of testing where really important and we managed to make many steps forward; we got a better understanding of the hard-compound tyres, which will surely be the go-to choice at Montmel\u00f3. We also tried some new interesting parts chassis-wise. Thank you to Kalex and obviously the team for the work done. We put in 190 laps in two days and now it\u2019s time to focus on Mugello, a circuit a really like.
