This means a big step backwards for the Briton, who had a difficult time already yesterday as he was 20th in the combined times of the first two free practice sessions \u2013 six tenths away from the top.<\/p>\n<p>There will be obviously a lot of work to do in order to find the right set-up on a track that is among the favourites of the former World Supersport Champion. The many laps completed with used tyres will surely play a part in tomorrow\u2019s race, in which the Federal Oil Gresini Moto2 rider hopes to at least make it to the top-ten.<\/p>\n<p>SAM LOWES #22<\/p>\n<p>Terrible qualifying and I have no excuses. I had some front-end issues that we couldn\u2019t solve but really there\u2019s no alibi. This is a difficult track for me and unfortunately it went this way.
