The 0.4secs gap place him on the eighth slot of the grid with a chance to be a protagonist in tomorrow\u2019s race.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent work also for Rodrigo, who did all he could to shine so far this weekend: pace, speed and the second place on the grid for the #SanMarinoGP encounter. The Argentine did well in making his way through traffic and was only pipped a the very last second by Ogura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<sup>nd<\/sup> &#8211; GABRIEL RODRIGO #2 (1\u201942.419)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t easy to set that lap-time with so much traffic and with riders ahead that were slowing me down a little. I did a good lap in my last attempt, I knew I could be on pole, but nevertheless the front row is crucial for this race\u2026 I expect a fast-paced race like Jerez2 or Austria2 and I believe the quicker riders will make selection from the beginning. We\u2019re ready for the race, we have pace, but there a lot of rivals to look out for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>8<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; JEREMY ALCOBA #52 (1\u201942.808)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very happy\u2026 We worked basically all night long yesterday in order to find a way to improve. We knew the crucial areas are four corners and this morning we fixed something. With both the soft and hard tyre options we were half a second away from the leaders, and with used tyres we were even quicker than yesterday.
