The Italian did a good job in the opening two Portuguese sessions as he is got within the group eligible for the Q2 direct access during the final minutes of the afternoon FP.<\/p>\n<p>The 1\u201943.488secs time places him in 12<sup>th<\/sup> position, but only a bunch of milliseconds from today\u2019s leading positions. A bit more complicated the situation for <strong>Edgar Pons<\/strong> who is only 22<sup>nd<\/sup> and with a significant gap to fill.
