In the afternoon, he had a bit more of a difficult time but nevertheless he was able to finish in the lot of the riders eligible for Q2 direct admission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicol\u00f2 Bulega<\/strong> went on the opposite direction: after being 20<sup>th<\/sup> in the morning session, in the afternoon he jumped up to sixth, a position that almost surely grants him the direct seed to Q2, which gets underway tomorrow at 15:35 local time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; NICOL\u00d2 BULEGA #11<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe needed this for the morale of both me and the team: this was a very useful day. The bike was not too bad but we still need to improve \u2013 as every other competitor will \u2013 but we\u2019re happy. We started well in the afternoon with hard tyres on the rear and soft at the front \u2013 but I don\u2019t have a good feeling with the latter. Too bad for the crash mid-session which slowed us down, but we\u2019re doing our best to be a few tenths quicker \u2013 something that will place us among the best.
