Sixteen points that also greatly improve Rodrigo\u2019s championship situation as he is now tenth but only few points away from the top positions (Mas\u00eda, currently 2nd, is only 19 points away).<\/p>\n<p>A much more challenging weekend for <strong>Jeremy Alcoba<\/strong> who leaves Mugello with only one point. This is still a positive result for the Spaniard in his maiden event at this track.<\/p>\n<p>It is still an extremely sad day as the motorcycle racing world has lost a very young rider in Jason Dupasquier. Heartfelt condolences from Gresini Racing go to Jason\u2019s family and to team Pruestel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3rd &#8211; GABRIEL RODRIGO #2 (10th in the championship standings \u2013 41 points)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a bittersweet feeling, having scored my first podium in such a tragic day due to Jason\u2019s passing away. This podium is for you and also for Fausto and his family \u2013 who were here at the track \u2013 and to my brother Juan \u2013 who passed away two years ago. It\u2019s been two difficult seasons and this result has to be also for my team, who always supported me despite my many past mistakes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>15th &#8211; JEREMY ALCOBA #52 <\/strong><strong>(17th in the championship standings \u2013 19 points)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been a very difficult race from many points of view.
