But said challenge had begun already in the morning session \u2013 when the sun was shining \u2013 as neither rider was able to log a lap-time that was quick enough for a direct admission to Q2.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Despite the result, <b>Alessandro Zaccone <\/b>managed to make a further step forward. The Moto2 rider will line up in the eighth row of the grid, and in each session tackled so far he was able to improve his performance. He is now looking forward to racing in front of his home crowd for the first time since joining the middleweight class of MotoGP. <b>Filip Sala\u010d <\/b>will line up alongside him: despite a good feeling with the bike, the Kalex rider could not put together a solid lap-time. From 23<sup>rd<\/sup> place on the grid, he will spearhead his comeback from 12:20 local time (GMT +2).<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>22<\/b><b><sup>nd<\/sup><\/b><b> &#8211; ALESSANDRO ZACCONE #61 (1&#8217;52.438)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m happy because we managed to make another step forward in qualifying, too. We would have needed some more laps, but we\u2019ll keep working for the race \u2013 which we\u2019re still unsure if it\u2019ll place in dry or wet conditions.
