With a 1\u201935.268secs lap-time set in the third free practice session, <b>Filip Sala\u010d <\/b>made it his way directly into Q2. A mistake by the team with the rear tyre, however, compromised his qualifying performance. The rider #12 still managed to log the 16<sup>th<\/sup> quickest time in the session: he will start tomorrow\u2019s race from row six, ready to give it all to wrap up his rookie Moto2 on a high.<\/p>\n<p><b>Alessandro Zaccone<\/b> had a good feeling with the bike in qualifying and managed to set a 1\u201935.282secs lap-time, which unfortunately was not enough to make it through Q1. Despite being 23<sup>rd<\/sup> on the grid, he was only 0.9secs away from the time logged by this year\u2019s Moto2 polesitter. The pace is good and not too far off the leaders, meaning the #61 is ready for a comeback, with the race getting underway tomorrow at 12:20 local time (GMT +1).<\/p>\n<p><b>16<\/b><b><sup>th<\/sup><\/b><b> &#8211; FILIP SALA\u010c #12 (1&#8217;35.138)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was another difficult day: as soon as I woke up this morning I wasn\u2019t sure I would have been able to ride as the hand was swollen. Then I jumped on the bike in FP3 and set a good time straight away, which allowed me to earn the direct seed to Q2. Unfortunately the team made a mistake with the rear time, but it\u2019s part of the game and sometimes it can happen. We\u2019re still sixteenth and the race is tomorrow, anything can happen! I\u2019m not expecting a great result because 25 laps are a lot and the hand will hurt, but we\u2019ll try!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><b>23<\/b><b><sup>rd<\/sup><\/b><b> &#8211; ALESSANDRO ZACCONE #61 (1&#8217;35.282)<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m quite happy with this qualifying session; not for the result itself, since we\u2019re starting quite far back, but for the lap-time: we\u2019re nine tenths away from pole. We managed to put together a series of good laps, but we now want to make a further step forward.
