{"id":32706,"date":"2023-04-11T09:15:57","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T07:15:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gresiniracing.com\/?p=32706"},"modified":"2023-04-10T10:35:31","modified_gmt":"2023-04-10T08:35:31","slug":"time-for-texas-for-team-gresini-motogp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gresiniracing.com\/en\/time-for-texas-for-team-gresini-motogp\/","title":{"rendered":"TIME FOR TEXAS FOR TEAM GRESINI MOTOGP  \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The third event of the 2023 MotoGP World Championship sees the return of the paddock to the American continent, with Alex Marquez and Fabio Di Giannantonio eager to continue on the trend set in Argentina before Easter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Spanish rider, currently fourth in the standings with one podium and a pole position under his belt, will try to surprise everybody on a track where he has been in the top-three before (second place from pole position in 2018, Moto2 class).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the Italian, who scored his so-far, second-best result at Termas de Rio Hondo a fortnight ago (his current best being an eighth place at Sachsenring in 2022), this will be the perfect chance to carry the momentum forward with the goal to find consistency in terms of feeling and results.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ALEX MARQUEZ #73<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAustin is surely a demanding circuit on the physical side, so it\u2019ll be important to get there 100% fit and well rested. It\u2019s a difficult circuit, but I still like it a lot: it\u2019s a very mixed one, as it flows in some areas, while in other parts there are more direction changes. We will need an agile but also stable bike. We\u2019re coming from a couple of encouraging events and I aim at scoring points in each race.\u201d<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>FABIO DI GIANNANTONIO #49<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis is the most demanding track on the calendar and we\u2019ll see how the weekend will be with the addition of the sprint race. It\u2019s quite a peculiar circuit with plenty of bumps, so a very stable bike will be needed.
