Marc Marquez is the quickest of the two Gresini Racing standard bearers with a 2\u201901.806secs lap-time logged at the last attempt \u2013 which was enough for him to finish the day near the top of the timesheets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Alex Marquez\u2019s American Friday was not as encouraging, with a morning crash (turn 15) and a 13<sup>th<\/sup> place that means Q1 tomorrow. With the top ten only 0.150secs away there is confidence in the air ahead of a Saturday stateside action that will begin tomorrow from 10:10 local time (GMT -5)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>3<sup>rd<\/sup> MARC MARQUEZ #93 (2\u201901.806s)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt went as expected, but maybe not as others did. It\u2019s never easy to ride on a track with a new bike but from the second run Frankie and I understood each other well and we found a new, comfortable set-up. My weekend started there.
