{"id":9338,"date":"2018-08-04T17:37:44","date_gmt":"2018-08-04T15:37:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gresiniracing.com\/navarro-ritmo-di-gara-importante-crediamoci\/"},"modified":"2018-08-04T17:41:23","modified_gmt":"2018-08-04T15:41:23","slug":"navarro-ritmo-di-gara-importante-crediamoci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gresiniracing.com\/en\/navarro-ritmo-di-gara-importante-crediamoci\/","title":{"rendered":"NAVARRO: \u201cWE HAVE A GOOD PACE, SO WE MUST BELIEVE IN OUR CHANCES\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Jorge Navarro <\/strong>has finished qualifying for the Czech Grand Prix in eleventh position and only four tenths of a second away from pole position \u2013 meaning he will line up tomorrow in the middle of the fourth row at Brno for the Moto2 race.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Team Federal Oil Gresini Moto2\u00a0<\/strong>rider did not manage to turn the good feelings of yesterday\u2019s free practice into a great qualifying; despite the high temperatures encountered today, however, Navarro was able to improve Friday\u2019s personal best lap-time by one second.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the decision for the tyre to choose already made \u2013 he will use the soft compound, which he tried this morning for 26 laps \u2013 the tenth race of the 2018 Moto2 season will get underway at 12:20 local time (GMT +2).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>11<sup>th<\/sup>&#8211; JORGE NAVARRO #9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe result wasn\u2019t what I was expecting, as I was sure I could qualifying in the first two rows. Eleventh place \u2013 considering our pace \u2013 is not a bad result: we worked hard during the whole weekend and with such high temperatures in qualifying the time had to be set in the first outing, but I was still missing something at that moment. We improved minute after minute and during the second run I was riding on my own and it was impossible to set a quick lap-time.
