FULL LINE-UP BACK FOR ARAGON
We’re back in Spain for the eighth round of the 2025 season: Aragon. Albert Arenas arrives from a string of consistent weekends, where he has found both speed and a strong race pace. Racing in front of his home crowd, he’s determined to make that final step and achieve his goals.
The team is finally back at full strength, with Darryn Binder returning after being forced to miss Silverstone. Following the arm injury sustained at Le Mans, he has undergone three intense weeks of rehabilitation and physiotherapy, allowing him to be ready for Aragon – although he will still need to pass a medical check to receive final clearance.
The two ITALJET GRESINI Moto2 standard-bearers will start the engines for the first free practice session on Friday, at 07:50 (UTC TIME).
ALBERT ARENAS #75
“Aragon: my home track, a circuit that can bring us great satisfaction. We’re coming into this round off a positive streak, and we’re in good form! There are still a few final details to bring together, but we’re close to our target and we’ll keep pushing to reach it. We need to stay focused and take another step forward, bringing out our best – I can’t wait for Friday to get down to the real work.”
DARRYN BINDER #15
“I’m so excited to finally go back on my bike after missing out the Silverstone round. My arm is feeling really good – I’ve had a lot of physiotherapy and is going well, I’ve made great progress. On Monday, we had a final scan that confirmed I’m ready. Coming back in Aragon it definitely will be tough, coming back after this injury, and I’ll also have to serve a long lap penalty from my mistake at Le Mans. The main goal will be to come back and slowly but surely find my way back to speed and do the best I can!”
