ARENAS BOUNCES BACK TEN POSITIONS AND FINISHES THE BALATON GP IN THE POINTS
ALBERT ARENAS #75
“We knew today’s race would have been a challenging one given our grid position, but I tried to give my best and stay focused. I did a good first lap, then we formed a line, we had a very similar rhythm and with such a narrow track, it was hard to overtake. We still managed to do so anyway and scored two points by finishing fourteenth. I’m obviously disappointed with how the weekend went overall: now we’ll take a few days of rest and training, before heading to Barcelona with all the strength we have.”

“Unfortunately our race was a lot shorter than we had hoped today. I got a right start and I was in a good place in the track going into turn1, but unfortunately I had a small contact from the inside which cost me a crash. I managed to bring the bike up and go again, I stopped and we fixed something, but I was not in a condition to continue. Anyway we’ve made some step forward this weekend and I hope that we can keep building on this in Barcelona. I’m looking forward to it!”
