MOTO2 TEST: FOURTH PLACE FOR LOPEZ AND POSITIVE FEELINGS
ALONSO LOPEZ #21
“I’m really happy with this test day; we tried a lot of positive things for the upcoming races. We focused mainly on long runs to improve our race distance performance, with a particular focus on rear grip. I’m really satisfied, the team did a great job and I can’t wait to put into practice at Mugello everything we tested here!”
SERGIO GARCIA #3
“Today we tested many things: I wasn’t able to do a fast lap, but we improved our race pace a lot, which is very important for us. As for the time attack, today I wasn’t able to do more or put together a perfect lap. I finished the test with a crash, but we still head home with positive feelings ahead of Mugello.”
*crash for Garcia in turn 9 – rider OK
