TOP 5 FOR LOPEZ IN MALAYSIAN QUALIFYING

ALONSO LOPEZ #21

“The feeling is good over the first few laps, but we are all really close, with the exception of Holgado, who has something extra. Tomorrow we will start from fifth position, so it will be crucial to manage the rear tyre as well as possible. We need to stay calm during the first part of the race and try to preserve the tyre as much as possible, so we can fight for the result towards the end.”

MATTEO FERRARI #23

“It was a positive Saturday, and we improved a lot compared to yesterday. In qualifying, I would have liked to do a little more, but I made a small mistake on the second lap of the final run and there was also a yellow flag, so I wasn’t able to improve as much as I would have liked. Still, considering where we started, we have already made a lot of progress. Tomorrow will be a long race, and we will try to get as close to the top 20 as possible.”
