“A front-row start at Mugello: it’s always really nice to be fast at this track! The feeling has been good since yesterday and we kept working in the right direction; this allowed me to put together a good qualifying lap: it was important for us to secure a start at the front for tomorrow. We’ll now focus on the race: we have a good balance as well as a good speed, and we’ll be consistent tomorrow so that we can fight at the front throughout the whole race.”

“Qualifying done: I made a good step from yesterday to today. Overall I’ve gained some confidence and the feeling is better. I think tomorrow will be a long and hot race, but I can definitely move up field. We’ll try to improve a little bit more for tomorrow to get there and get the race under our belt.”
