“It has been a really positive Saturday: this morning we focused on functioning the set-up for the race, working with used tires. We had to go through Q1, but I really improve the feeling in hot conditions and managed to do a good job in Q1, made it through Q2, and continued in the same way. I’m quite happy with the 6th position, second row to start the fist race of the season: I’m really looking forward to tomorrow’s race, I’m feeling positive for a good result!”

“First qualifying of of the year: unfortunately, the feeling with the set-up chosen for Q2 wasn’t ideal; we need to make some adjustments ahead of the next qualifying. Regarding the pace, on the other hand, it was quite good this morning in FP2 and so is the feeling ahead of the race. This makes me think that today’s position doesn’t tell the fully story of where we are potential-wise, and I’m confident we’ll end up improving tomorrow”.
