POSITIVE START FOR TEAM FEDERAL OIL IN SPAIN

#AragonGP Free Practice. Today has likely been the best Friday of the season so far for Team Federal Oil Gresini Moto2 who places both of its riders in the top eight in the combined times of Free Practice 1 and 2. Fabio Di Giannantonio is fourth, while Nicolò Bulega is eighth.

Both riders can still improve tomorrow: the rider #21 did not make the most of the qualifying tyre today while the #11 missed almost half of the morning session this morning due to a technical issue on his Kalex machine.

4th – FABIO DI GIANNANTONIO #21 (1’52.848)

“An excellent first day, I’m super happy with this Friday. I’m always very happy to race at this track and we did an incredible job, both with the hard and soft tyre options. We did well in the time attack, but maybe I didn’t make the most the tyre. I think we can still improve by two or three tenths, so we have margin to do even better.”

8th – NICOLÒ BULEGA #11 (1’53.043)

“We had a good Friday even though this morning we had a technical issue, which cost us fifteen minutes of the session. I did a good lap-time and now we must concentrate more on our race pace, where we can do something a little better. We’re three tenths away from today’s quickest time so we can be positive ahead of the next two days.”
