TEAM TRENTINO GRESINI BACK TO FULL STRENGTH AT MISANO
Forty-five days after the season debut at Jerez de la Frontera, it is time for more racing for Team Trentino Gresini MotoE who will attack the kind corners of the Misano World Circuit from this Friday for three individual races across two weekends.
The two events represent an important opportunity especially for Matteo Ferrari, who enjoyed a full-score victory (two wins out of two) which helped him massively en route to the world cup title. This year, the #11 rider gets to his home track with great motivation and the goal to turn the page on the crash at Jerez, which will also cost him three positions on the starting grid in the opening race.
Misano will be a chance to see Alessandro Zaccone back in action, after the Italian had quite a difficult time due to an injury and being on the receiving end of a collision – which made him miss almost the entirety of the Andalusian trip. His season officially begins this Friday, with the first free practice scheduled at 11:50 local time (GMT +2).

“We’re charged up, because I was able to train hard and also race in WorldSBK at Aragon as substitute rider for Mercado. Mercado is always filled with great emotions and I couldn’t wait, because we left Jerez with a crash and that is hard to make it sink if not by racing. We’re fast and we know it, but we cannot leave anything to chance: last year we won, but every year is a different story and we surely have to make the most of these three races before Le Mans.”
