OFF TO AUSTRIA FOR THE ELEVENTH ROUND

After a solid weekend in England, the two QJMOTOR GRESINI Moto2 riders are ready to get back on track at the Red Bull Ring in Austria to reconfirm their potential. A fifth place in Silverstone wasn’t enough for Manuel Gonzalez, he wants more: in this circuit, where he crashed 16 laps to go last year, the Spaniard wants to redeem himself and the podium is definitely within his reach as he has demonstrated in several occasions.

After the summer break, Albert Arenas has returned with great energy, finding himself fighting for the third place on English soil, closing the race in 8th position. The Spaniard is confident in his abilities, and here he wants to prove he is back.

MANUEL GONZALEZ #18

“I’m really looking forward to the next race in the Red Bull Ring. Last year I was quite unlucky there, but after the strong weekend in Silverstone, I want to continue working to reach our goal. It’s not an easy track to put a good balance of the bike so we will give our best.”

ALBERT ARENAS #75

“We arrive in Austria with a great desire to increase the pace even more: a “stop & go” circuit awaits us, different from Silverstone, where we just raced and had quite a good result. After that solid weekend in the UK I feel like we are back, we are competitive: here in Austria I want to have a good weekend and prove it!”
