PLENTY OF POINTS FOR ALEX AND FERMIN AT ARAGON
ALEX MARQUEZ #73
“Unfortunately, our start limited us today. I made a mistake and I lost quite a lot of ground. At a circuit like this, the start was crucial, and that’s where we lost touch with the leading group. Regardless, we would have struggled with tyre management anyway: an approach that rewarded us at Silverstone but didn’t work here. We leave with plenty of important points ahead of our home GP at Misano, the most important event of the year for the team.”
FERMIN ALDEGUER #54
“We have to be very happy with this weekend. Two sixth-place finishes and being in good physical condition are the best things to take away from this weekend. We need to improve our qualifying performance, but it’s something we have been working on for a while and will continue to focus on in the coming weeks. We have one week to make a little more progress physically, but we’re ready for the Misano-Austria double-header. We have to try to get back on the podium.”
