THIRD PLACE FOR LOPEZ ON FRIDAY IN BARCELONA
ALONSO LOPEZ #21
“I’m very happy with this first day. The track was quite difficult today, but we still managed to make the most of it. We still need to work on race pace, but we’re taking a step forward every Sunday. This shows that we’re working well and heading in the right direction.”
SERGIO GARCIA #3
“It was a difficult day. It was complicated to fully understand the track: we had to adapt the bike, but we weren’t able to make it into Q2. Tomorrow we’ll work during FP2, especially on grip, and then do everything possible to move from Q1 into Q2.”
