“I’m really satisfied with these tests. In Portimão, unfortunately, we couldn’t ride as much as we wanted because of the weather conditions, but here we made up for it and managed to complete quite a few laps. Here in Jerez I felt comfortable right from the first laps; this morning, though, it seemed like we had lost our direction a little and I got a bit frustrated, but we quickly found the ideal solution and that allowed us to be truly competitive in the final part of the day. I’m very happy with both the race pace and the fast lap. I can’t wait to head to Thailand and see what we can achieve there. I’m happy about this new beginning, about the team, and about the way we worked here!”

“During these tests we worked really hard, especially here in Jerez. We completed a lot of laps and tried different things to gain a full understanding of everything. We now have a solid base that will allow us to make as few changes as possible to the bike during the season. We improved lap after lap, so much that I set my best time on the final run. It wasn’t the ideal time we were aiming for, but we’re finishing the test on a positive note. We’ve understood many things and it’s been extremely useful. We’re ready for Thailand — I can’t wait!”.
