“I can’t hide the fact that Sector 3 is our weak point. I usually struggle there, but today it was even more difficult than on other days. On top of that, it’s the sector where Marc makes the biggest difference. There are four corners, and the positive thing is that we know where we need to work… The corners are too slow for me and don’t really suit my riding style. We need to improve and try to lose as little as possible in that sector if we want to aim for a good result this weekend.”

“I knew I was feeling good physically, but I didn’t expect to be in the top five and to have such good feelings on the bike. At the end of the day, I’m still surprised by my physical condition. It’s true that I’ve never done more than five or six laps at a time, but I feel good. We’re fit for the whole weekend, and that was the most important thing. Being in Q2 is really incredible.”
