READY FOR THE Moto2 TEXAS RODEO

One of the longest tracks of the championship, the Circuit of the Americas will be theatre of the third round of the 2024 season this weekend. After a two-weeks break we find Manuel Gonzalez very confident thanks to his first podium of the season obtained in Portugal: he’s ready to confirm that he is one of the top riders of the Moto2 class, and he wants to do it here, where last year he finished in TOP10.

It was a fundamental two-weeks break for Albert Arenas, who had the opportunity to recover and train at his best: after some difficulties encountered in the first races due to his still painful shoulder, he is now confident he’ll able to make the difference in this round, especially in long runs and throughout the race.

The two QJMOTOR GRESINI Moto2 riders will start their engines for the first free practice session on Friday, 09:50 am (GMT-5).

MANUEL GONZALEZ #18

“Third round of the championship, we arrive full of confidence after the podium in Portimao. Austin is a circuit that I like a lot, very technical, where it is the rider who makes the difference. After two positive races, with good results, here we can continue along the same lines, trying to further improve the race result. With the team we will keep on working hard to grow more and more.”

ALBERT ARENAS #75

“Austin is always a special track for me, I can’t wait to ride there! This extra week of break has allowed me to train in the best possible way and I think we are ready to take a step forward this weekend: I will finally be able to do some long runs which will certainly help us improve the set-up and my performance in the race.”
