Filip Salač achieved his goal today in what has been his team’s home race as he was eager to get at top-ten finish at Misano. After a good start from tenth place on the grid, he ran as high as fifth at the end of lap one. Then a little soreness in his right hand prevented him from riding at his full potential, but he still managed to be competitive and bring home a ninth-place finish and seven more points for the championship standings, in which now occupies the seventh position with 91 points.

Jeremy Alcoba had a bad start and missed a gear at turn eight during lap one, eventually running wide ad rejoining at the back of the field. From there, the comeback started: the Spanish rider was sixteenth at the finish line, and very close to the top 15.

9th – FILIP SALAČ #12

“We did a good race: I had a good start before experiencing a small problem in my right hand, because of the arm bump. I still have fun though, even if I struggled in managing the vibrations at the front end, but we still managed to make it back in the top ten – where we belong – so I’m happy with this result.”

16th – JEREMY ALCOBA #52

“I was expecting a lot more from this race considering the excellent feeling I had yesterday with my bike. But in the race I wasn’t able to find the same feeling and I have a lot of questions in my head I need an answer from: something didn’t go right today, so we’ll keep working to understand what happened and fix it ahead of the next races.”
