READY, STEADY, GO: OFF TO LE MANS

This weekend the 1000th GP in history will take place in Le Mans, France. We find the Team Moto2 QJMOTOR Gresini Racing in fifth place in the teams’ championship standings, with Filip Salač just 12 points from the top3. After a positive race in Spain, where he crossed the finish line in ninth position, the Czech rider is ready to make the difference in one of his favorite circuits, that is suitable for his riding style: right here, in the Bugatti Circuit, Salač conquered his first world championship’s podium, a second position in Moto3 in 2021.

On the other side of the box we will find Jeremy Alcoba motivated to bring home a good result. Last year, his first in the middleweight category, he crossed the finish line in thirteenth position, but this year he will aim higher.

FILIP SALAČ #12 (6th in the standings with 40 points)

“I can’t wait to race in Le Mans, it’s one of my favorite circuits, and here I conquered my first podium in the world championship, so I can’t wait to get back on track this weekend. My riding style suits this track very well so I think we will be able to bring home a good result. However, our target remains the TOP10: we will do everything possible to work well from the first free practice session and do our best.”

JEREMY ALCOBA #52 (12th in the standings with 19 points)

“Sunday will be the thousandth GP in history and it will be an honor for me to race on such an important day for this sport. I’ve always struggled a bit in this track, but I’m convinced that working with my team we can bring home a good weekend. I will try to do my best and even more, and let’s see what happens!”
