TOP TEN FOR ARENAS IN INDONESIAN QUALIFYING

ALBERT ARENAS #75

“Today we made a solid step forward set-up wise. It was a challenging qualifying for me as I couldn’t put together the perfect lap and tucked the front on my quick-lap attempt. I tried again, but I simply didn’t have more speed in the time attack. We looked at the data and understood that we have to work on the engine brake ahead of tomorrow: this will be of great help for our race pace as we don’t start at the front, but we’re all very close lap-time wise. It’ll be key to get a good start and make up as many places as possible tomorrow.”

DARRYN BINDER #15

“In Q1 we made a good step forward from this morning, we managed to improve my best lap by quite a bit, but unfortunately it still wasn’t enough to get through to Q2. Anyway I feel we are a lot closer and the pace hasn’t been too bad this weekend. I’m looking forward to the race tomorrow, it is going to be a nice and long one: I’m pretty confident I will find my way to the points.”
