ENCOURAGING TEST FOR TEAM DEL CONCA GRESINI AT MISANO
Jorge Martin and Fabio Di Giannantonio have had two very important days of testing at the Misano World Circuit “Marco Simoncelli” and, therefore, they are now ready to tackle the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello on board their Team Del Conca Gresini Moto3 machines.
Martin, who ended his test earlier than scheduled – at 13:00 today – was able to put together a total of 66 laps around the Italian track, the quickest of which was completed in 1’42.560secs – a time very close to the circuit record.
Di Giannantoio, who has recently stepped onto the podium at Le Mans after a great comeback in the race, was able to lap under the 1’43secs barrier for the first time, whilst trying to find new set-up solutions ahead of his and the team’s home Grand Prix.

“I’m really happy. We leave Misano in a very good mood: we tried new things that helped me improving my pace and, from the first lap, I felt very comfortable on the bike. I was able to be quick straight from the get go with used tyres as well, which is really important race-wise. Now we prepare for Mugello, where I’ll be giving my very best from the start.”
